Now imagine it is bottomless. Decadent as it sounds, it is made a reality by @chef.drew.nocente and team at Salted and Hung. Our friendly server recommended we order one of everything to try - this culminated in 10 small plates appearing on our table at a good pace, each tasty and exciting. We had sous vide eggs with toast, heirloom tomatoes with pickled sorbet, mackerel on toast, crayfish popcorn (my favourite), grilled bacon and pineapple (the marinade on the bacon was a winner) and lamb. The quality ingredients shone through each dish, the fundamental taste profile of the ingredients unadulterated. [cont in next post]
