Probably the most not photogenic and underrated, but appropriate dish to have in this chilly weather. The savoury sauce goes so well with rice that one can just eat few bowls of rice at a go.
.
It's also a MUST for me to drink their claypot herbal chicken soup that's cooked using various Chinese herbs and bring to boil over claypot. Rich flavour and potent to the max.

Thanks to @pezzopizzasg partnership with @foodpandasg, we can now enjoy delivery of thick-cut handcrafted pizza anywhere, and having them by the poolside doesn't seem to be a bad idea.
.
Flavour of my choice would be Hot Chick. Chicken strips in spicy chilli sauce topped with chilli, green and red pepper which levelled up the spice game.

With bits of lavender flowers to brighten the day. πŸƒ

Since I don't think I have the l chance to visit Taiwan again this year, I can only reminisce the taste over a hearty bowl of substitution available on our shores.
.
That said I never understood why in Taiwan they use spoon to eat mee sua when it is so gooey and difficult to scoop. πŸ˜‚
.
Mee Sua also taste nicer when there's #prettyhandsatwork

Finally checked out 126's second branch after so long despite knowing it's presence and I can finally verify that the standard is the same as Geylang.
.
Lesser queue, more spacious and better environment. This shall be regular supper haunts from now on.

A spin-off from the usual cake offerings, they now have softserve with cakes dunked within too. Perfect dessert for the humid evening.

Since I haven't got the chance to visit the famous one in Aussie, I am so glad that we have something similar on our little red dot.

With watermelon sandwiched in between and decorated with edible flowers, the fruit provides a refreshing alternative to the usual cake base and is complemented by the sweet floral fragrance from the flowers.

I would definitely love to revisit for more, if it's not so out of the way. 😞

My neighbourhood gets more exciting as we welcome a new addition serving baked cookies with molten fillings.
.
While mine didn't really flow aesthetically, the scoop of gelato was supposed to crush the cookie and unleash an overflowing fountain of lava that makes people goes ooooooohhhh.
.
Other interesting gelato flavours to note are Brown Butter, Milk Cereal, Lemon Curd and Nougat.

Other people's breakfast just seems to be nicer then mine, even if it's just a couple of plain bread. 😞

Helmed by Chef Tan-San, the man who mastered the art of Tonkatsu and first to brought it to Singapore when he previously helmed Tonkixxx and Tampxxx many years back.
.
Even thought I didn't try the full Tonkatsu set, the pork fillet from ramen was crispy and tender without a hint of grease. Now that rekindled my love for Tonkatsu.

Like-a-super-sinful Thai style 'orh Jian' with fresh oysters and mussels wrapped in a light, fluffy omelette smeared with maggi bomb sauce.
.
Super good, but I bombed my cholesterol level as well.
