Since I don't think I have the l chance to visit Taiwan again this year, I can only reminisce the taste over a hearty bowl of substitution available on our shores.

That said I never understood why in Taiwan they use spoon to eat mee sua when it is so gooey and difficult to scoop. 😂

Mee Sua also taste nicer when there's #prettyhandsatwork
