This zhi char store serves excellent fish head steamboat, better to make reservations if planning a family dinner as it does get crowded during dinner time.

The Fish Meat was cut into thick slices. So damn fresh. After dipping into the steamboat, the fish meat was so soft and tender. The soup was also very flavourful, with thick slices of fried fish inside as well.

Take note, one staff here is renowned to be rather unfriendly, and will not bother to serve u unless your entire group has arrived, even if u want to order first.

Food is good though, just need to bare the attitude of the 1 service staff that takes order. The other staff are friendly.

The Claypot Pig Liver is one of their signature dish, lots of Google reviews stating how great this was. The Luver was cooked well, meat of soft and tende4, yet not under or over cooked. The addition of the spring onions just made the entire dish damn fagrant.

The Crayfish was fresh and neat was bouncy, luke eating lobster. Salted Egg coating was rather thick. Excellent dish in my opinion.

The Sambal Kangkong is very very good. It's wet with sambal sauce, and it taste so flavourful with an excellent spicy kick.

The Prawn Paste Chicken was good, crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. A must order here
