Yunnans 云海肴 (Jewel Changi Airport)

The wait for this was annoying, almost 20mijs after we alr finished the rest of the meal.

However when the food came it was still as spectacular as ever. Thin crispy skin, the amazing spicy powder

The queue here gets abit crazy. Takes about 1h to get food on the table from the time you start queueing on sat dinner

No idea why they don't take reservations

Good as ever. The soup is moreish and warms you up

Still so good. Soft and mild sweetness coming thru

Egg tofu, the sauce didn't have too much taste unfortunately. No cordyceps found either, there's fish maw tho

It's like pumpkin but not sweet. But the ham was so umami and complex, it's really lovely.
