i upgraded the rice to cauliflower rice but it wasn’t the usual kind you see in cbd grain bowls. instead of using the florets they cut up the stem

The sweetness from Japanese rice and the evenly coated egg elevates the fried rice. Was expecting more Wok Hey fragrance, which is lacking in mine. They’re very generous with the succulent prawn.
