Waffle is fluffy & moist inside, crispy outside; dust with sugar, topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries & berry compote; opted for blue pea lavender ice cream which has strong floral taste, not overly sweet; good sweet ending dish for sharing..

Brussels sprouts are fried & tossed with mixed curry spices; tad salty, tastes nothing special..

Beef is well-braised to tender with no gamey taste; sauce is tangy, rich & flavorful, not spicy; with tomatoes, kidney beans, burnt capsicums & red cheddar cheese; opted for sourdough which is soft; a well-executed dish worth a try..

Al-dente pasta tossed in rich cream sauce with strong truffle taste & aroma, yet not surfeiting; with a medley of crunchy mushroom; 1 of the better truffle mushroom that I've tried..

Buns are soft & fluffy; meat is tender, succulent & well-marinated; housemade green sambal is flavorful & aids in reducing the greasiness; fries are crispy & lightly salted, not oily; not a fan of fried chicken burger but this is quite well-executed..

I think it's really nice chocolaty and chewy. And its gluten free free so it's pretty good. I am not on a gluten free diet so I can't make comparisons with other baked good. But it think this brownie does taste quite nice. Although i must admit it's rather expensive at 7plus considering its size.
