- Creamy foam on top whipped from egg yolks was sweet and contrasted well with the bitterness of coffee!
- Loaded with different cold cuts topped with pork floss, not too salty with a delicate pork flavour, giving a mild sweetness 🥓
- First time having beef wrapped in thinly grilled betal leaves which was fragrant with a slight distinct minty herbal taste, an interesting combi!
- Minced beef was flavourful but a bit mushy soft.

- Loved how the pickled vegetables were a little thicker than usual, adding more crunch to every bite.
- Chicken was generous and tender, found the marinade a tad sweet for my liking, reminding me of ketchup.
