I was reluctant to order this, cos I thot it would be very sweet. But amazingly, it wasn’t. Instead of a wobbly pudding, it was more like a cake. Very buttery and yummy. I could eat it by itself and be perfectly happy. The butterscotch sauce was thick and had just the right level of sweetness. Ice cream was so so. I give this dessert high marks. Quite a big portion too. Can share.

What a fabulous set it was. I chose the Murg Makhani (butter chicken). There were also 2 other choices: Lamb Rogan Josh (boneless lamb cubes cooked in Chef’s special recipe) or prawn masala. Set came with Palak Paneer, Mint Raita, briyani rice, plain naan and tandoori papad. The palak paneer was divine. Rich cottage cheese cubes in thick spinach paste. I esp loved pairing it with the slightly salty tandoori papad. The mint raita was served chilled, very creamy and refreshing. My naan was upgraded to garlic one for free yay! It was delicious with the butter chicken. Gravy was creamy and full of spices. Chicken was well seasoned and had a lovely smoky flavor.

This place really serves the best Indian food.

The portion was huge. Had all the usual suspects: bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato. The most impressive thing was the beef patty. It was one of the thickest I’ve ever seen. Extremely juicy and tasty. I couldn’t finish it of cos. But I tried my best.

There were bacon and onion rings. Sauce was bbq sauce. They used chicken breast for this.

Nicely fried and very hot. Beer battered fish was crispy and not oily. Meat inside was slightly dry but since the batter was so good I could overlook it. Chips were not the type I like. On the soft mushy side. I didn’t touch the peas.

There was the option of half a dozen as well. The chicken was tender and flavorful. Beef was also good. Sometimes beef satay could be tough but not this one. Peanut sauce was the thick type. I like.
