Chanced upon this Korean cafe while looking for a place to catch up on some work while my dog was at the groomer’s. The cafe vibes are really nice - warm and cosy while being spacious with clean lines at the same time. I had a Dutch Iced Latte ($8) which was good but I felt that their brunch plates were a little on the expensive side, albeit delicious. The scrambled eggs were milky and fluffy, the side salad well dressed and the croissant paired with the triple cheese & ham was crispy, flakey and yummy. Will definitely be coming back here for coffee. Note that the mobile signal on the inside is not very good but there is free wifi available upon your payment at the cashier. There are also no power plugs available.
Ordered this all day breakfast as it was a recommendation on a website. It was about $14.90, however the whole dish was mediocre. Consist of scramble eggs, garden salad and a ham & cheese croissant. To be honest, the scramble eggs taste a little like mcd’s. if you enjoy mcd’s breakfast scramble eggs then you’ll enjoy this plate’s! The ham & cheese croissant is well toasted. Overall the cafe has a good vibes, spacious! Good for just a chilled afternoon.
I did not really enjoy both the items I ordered. The oreo cheesecake had a strong lemony flavour to it which did not suit the dessert at all. However, I did enjoy the relaxing ambience at Urban Table. I would return to try the other items on the menu.
Been here twice already, the decor and vibes are really nice, spacious and clean. Although it’s opened recently the weekend crowds have already begun, and it gets pretty noisy then.
The croissant was quite fluffy and crispy, but didn’t come with any condiments or toppings. Apple strudel was sweet and crispy, not anything too special too though.
Overall I’d come back during non-peak to study, but given the pricing not too often and definitely not during weekends.
