One of the restaurants I love most in Emporium Shokuhin. Being a Shabu Shabu restaurant, Tsukeru serve fresh ingredients for the heartwarming meal. Their buffet spread has an array of dishes available, a good spread of condiments and desserts. The thing I love about their soup base is they have a selection of Asian and Japanese soup base, which cater to all kinds of taste buds. From flavourful tomato base to the seaweed soup base, everyone can have the soup of their own liking. This place is great for families, kids and practically everyone!

Super fresh ingredients, but the best item in the buffet was the A5 Miyazaki Shin Shin! Definitely choose that over the tiger prawns for that free portion.

Very fresh and high quality ingredients that's perfect for the Japanese version of steam boat. With choice of 4 soups and individual pot this is a great place to have shabu shabu. Better still you get plenty of sauces available just like our steam boat places. Belly nice. Posted by Ah Leong San 2015 November 24

It is Singapore's first Japanese food shopping, live seafood market, beef dry-aging facility as well as 8 new Japanese dining concepts. 🇯🇵

One of them is Tsukeru Shabu Shabu, from a range of Japanese & Asian broths, alongside w seafood and premium meats such as A5 Miyazaki beef 😍

Look at the beautiful marbling of both the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu ($28) and Prime USDA Ribeye ($18)! My mum loved the prawns ($6/100g) as they were fresh and sweet.

Baby had Tonkosu soup broth (SGD6+) with a beef platter (SGD18+), while I had seaweed soup broth (SGD6+) with seafood platter (SGD24+). We agreed that the seaweed soup broth's much sweeter (due to the seafood I think). The Tonkosu soup broth taste kinda like ramen soup. And I love how fresh the ingredients were.
We walked out with satisfied tummies! Definitely worth a visit!
