Onion, more onions and even more onions. That's the first thing you will definitely notice about the bbq seafood from @tpyhotplatebbqfish.
We love that their sotong is fresh, juicy and tender and their stingray is thick and fleshy. The sambal sauce for both dishes is fragrant and packs a nice spicy kick. It is a little on the salty side tbh and best inhaled with spoonfuls of rice. That said, I love the big heap of caramelised onions that come with both dishes.
At $15 for a large portion, both dishes are definitely value for money!
