Plump and juicy, with ample amounts of shrimp barely visible through translucent crystal dough. Plenty of umami 😋😋😋. It’s the cheapest Michelin-starred dim sum you can find, so give it a try whilst in Hong Kong 🇭🇰

I just had to try the real Tim Ho Wan char siew baos! I would say they actually taste different from Sg's . In HK, it's more savoury than sweet. I actually prefer the sweeter version..
