How does some Bang Bang Prawn Pasta ($26) sound for you? One of my favourites from the Burpple Tastemakers' Eatup at The Prawn Star. Within minutes, you will notice that the capellini with succulent and crunchy prawns are gone in a flash.

I spotted this Bang Bang Prawn Pasta($26) from one of our #burppleeatup session.A plate of warm cappellini tossed with mayonnaise, chilli and lime with those large juicy crunchy prawns! A mixed rich flavours of spicy, tangy savoury party in my mouth!

Delectably sweet, yet gives a devilishly spicy sting to the lips. Majorly addictive. 4.1/5

Like the spiritual Thai sister of the Fried Meesua with Kimchi Purée from Gastrosmiths. The oily strands of sweet and spicy capellini are so slurpsome and full of flavour, they steal the spotlight from the titular fat and bouncy prawns. 4/5

One of the new dishes on their revamped menu, these crispy prawns posed for a great appetiser and snack to start any meal. The fragrant deep-fried taste of the prawns was accentuated by the kimchi mayonnaise which gave it a delicious element of spice, making this dish transcend from good to great.
