More Reviews of good food at The Lighthouse

Decent food, good views. Pictured: squid ink pasta. Al dente and delicious. The ‘lighthouse special’ wasn’t as good.

From when we arrived until we left there was not a moment of dissatisfaction we could fault the restaurant with. Service was attentive, food was good, portions were adequate, pace between courses was not draggy and the price was surprisingly reasonable for starters mains and dessert.
And the view! IMHO the best take of the marina barrage so far
Be sure to go up to the rooftop bar for a great paranomic view of the marina bay
Its a no brainer 8.5/10 for me😊

Had a workday 3-course lunch at this place - a wonderful experience. In addition to the great view of the Bay and great ambient, food was also prepared with finesse. Totally loved this Potato gnocchi in fresh pesto, which was fluffy and light.

Part of the set lunch - braised beef cheek. Very tender and flavourful. The food is fine however it takes a long while before it is served (around 30mins). A bit unusual for lunch.

Pan seared Cod ($49)-served with onions capers olives and italian tonato sauce. Firm flaky moist fish. 4/5

Located on fullerton, doesnt occupy much, should really reserve beforehand. Beautiful view depending whwre you are seated. Excellent service

Tortelli di Burrata ($34)-tortelli stuffed with creamy burrata, shaving of aromatic truffles and crunchy pine nuts 4.25/5

You can have these Italian bar bites at The Lighthouse Rooftop Bar at TheFullerton Hotel.

By the way, the view was just so amazing.

One of the most romantic spots in the city, The Lighthouse boasts an epic view from the apex of The Fullerton Hotel, with a striking menu to match. Our personal pick, Gragano’s paccheri ($32) is a Naples-styled homemade dish of thick homemade alla matriciana (traditional Italian pasta sauce made of cured pork cheek, pecorino and tomato) with beef ragout braised for six hours that’s just meltingly tender, rounded up by ricotta cheese flakes. We loved how the tenacity of the pasta added bite to the dish.

Calamari with spicy sauce, Parma ham with grilled scarmoza, burrata, tomato basil, tuna carpaccio and lobster!

Flavours of the ocean leap in your mouth with every mouthful of this sea rock-style risotto studded with langoustine, crab, mussels, clams, tomato and parsley.

Al dente tubes of Naples-style Gragnano's paccheri pasta topped with chunky tomato beef ragu simmered for seven hours with ricotta cheese flakes.

The Italian food scene in Singapore gets more exciting with The Lighthouse Restaurant & Rooftop Bar unveiling a new concept rooted in “Cucina Costiera” or authentic Southern Italian cuisine with specialties and quality produce from gastronomy rich regions like Campania, Sardinia and Sicily. Perfect view of the MBS skyline, and their laser light show.

Cassata ($24)-It's like a firmer semifreddo type of cream, a bit strange having what essentially an ice cream with ice cream. Still nice tho 3.75/5
