Also part of the small plates for the weekend brunch [$48 for 5 course] This was soooooo good! Love how airy and light the texture of the soufflé is yet it is crusty as a whole. My first savoury soufflé! The cheese flavor did not come across as overpowering and the sauce complimented the soufflé so perfectly

It's true! With the $48 five course brunch, kids get a free meal! And it's not some average kids meal, this is real baked mac and cheese that even Paula Deen would endorse with real cheese and al dente elbow macaroni! Let's be real though, my toddler ate most of my cheese souffle so I wound up eating quite a bit of this delicious mac and cheese... Win win!

Although swiftly melting on my plate, this Apple Tarte Tartin remains as pretty as it tasted! Beautiful colors, textures, flavors from quality ingredients! Brunch 5 course lunch at $48 even comes with free quality kids meals!
