Creamy textured, and surprisingly mild with a little bit of goat pungence. It's quite salty
When you melt it, it becomes curd-like and the goat stench is much stronger
After searing there's a decent crisp and a strong chew but it turns hard after a while, so eat it quickly.
It's said to be a dry mozz but it's pretty different from what u expect. The chew is concentrated and the smokiness is reminiscent of ham
This was not very good. There's an unpleasant cheesiness to it and the rest want to throw it away. No brie taste too, no creaminess.
Very flavourful and pretty salty, there's a porky stench tho which works well with strong cheeses that can overpower the porky smell. Texture is on point too
Brie style cheese that's truly melty, even at room temp the exterior is alr melted and the interior is very soft. No need to bake just let it rest to room temp and enjoy
This is super strong and there's a bit of acidity. There's a bit of goaty pungence. Enjoy it in small amounts with something sweet, it's really delightful when you don't heap on and get overwhelmed by it
