Many from the west may know this tutu kueh shop and I love how friendly the auntie selling the tutu kueh was. We bought the chocolate tutu kueh ($4 for 5) and we striked a quick conversation with her, understanding the quality of the ingredients she uses. The chocolate she use is no chocolate rice, but are semi sweet chocolate chips instead. I love how the kuehs are chewy, and not so sweet!
A hastily snapped photo so that the kuehs could be gulped down while they were still piping hot! These are by far the most expensive tu tu kueh Iโve had ($3.50 for 5) but such stalls are few and far between that Iโd close two eyes and pay for them. The dough is a little too dense and thick, but the fillings are incredible - the peanut has a slight salty tinge whilst the desiccated coconut was coated with gula melaka!
5 pieces for $4.00 is quite pricey however their tutu kueh is truly one of the best Iโve ever had. Not too sweet and skin doesnโt stick on teeth as much filled with chocolate chips.

Currently having 2 outlets in ๐449 Clementi Ave 3 ๐22B Havelock Road #01-25
The Clementi outlet usually opens around 4pm, which specialises in selling a traditional Singaporean delicacy made of rice flour with peanut, chocolate or coconut fillings!

What makes the snowy flour special and delectable is that the owner uses Grade One Thai Jasmine rice as the main Ingredient. ๐ธ
Their dark chocolate tutu is my top fav among other flavours and you can feel the filling melting in your mouth ๐

Swipe right for internal chocolaty fillings!
Still one of the best I've had, besides the usual peanut and coconut, you can now get it with chocolate too!
Thanks to idk which IG-er but I just had to eat them else I confirm cannot sleep tonight.
