Some of our favourites are the mackerel nigiri and lobster gunkan!
One of the sushi that had more tightly packed rice the entire night; possibly done by a different chef earlier on during the day. Salmon was of reasonable freshness but nothing much to wow about.
Chunky slices that were of reasonable freshness smothered with savoury teriyaki. Sort of faultless but doesn't really impress.
Pretty average at best; probably rice could be further packed tighter so it would not fall apart so easily.
These were one of the few desserts available but it kinda put a rather bad end to the meal. Guessed they just took it out from the freezer and let it run on the conveyor belt, hence being rock hard.
