Matcha Dome ($1.90) I saw this bread selling at St Leaven (Takashimaya) before and I didn't get chance to buy for trying. Sun Moulin Bakery by Four Leaves Vivocity is same company as St Leaven so that they sell similar bread at their outlets shop. Matcha Dome are using Green Tea dough, filled with Matcha filling and Azuki Red Bean and topped with Matcha Sobolo. I realised that matcha filling was quite dry, didn't see a lot of azuki red bean inside and also topping (Matcha Sobolo) for Matcha Dome was quite hard to chew and dry.
Matcha Red Bean Mochi Bean ($1.70) consisted of red bean paste and mochi filling inside the bun. Its look cute for onigiri bun shaped but quite soft to eat. Matcha - Green Tea’s dough wasn’t not so bitter and worth to try it out once.
Tasty matcha bread. Filled with creamy matcha with a mixture of red beans.

Despite the relatively higher price point compared to local bakeries like Four Leaves, Sun Moulin is 1 of my to-go bakery for fresh & high-quality bread/buns when i wanna pamper myself. 💕

Recommending this Red Bean Loaf ($3 for half loaf)! 🤩🤩🤩 Tasting not as simple as it looks, this soft buttery bread is loaded generously with sweetened Japanese azuki beans. The mix of savoury & sweet in this loaf is simply perfect for me. 👍🏻

Like that they do not compromise on quality - the bread is not the super airy type but instead pretty dense (but moist & still fluffy when u bite into it ✔) so this fills me up as yummy brekkie 😋😋😋

Their mango/strawberry omelet (swiss roll) & Melon Pan are also super good - give it a try if u have the chance to! 😉
Sun Moulin has disappointed once again. For a ham cheese bread for $2, i got a very dry bread with slabs of ham stuck in between. The cheese was only on top of the bread. Never going back.
Had a simple quick lunch before gym today. Tried the mentaiko French bun after my good friend alerted me to its goodness: “what do you mean you haven’t tried mentaiko bread?” For just $2.30, you get a tasty crispy baguette filled with mentaiko sauce. Mmmm the umami is excellent! From Sun Moulin bakery in basement of vivo. 5🌟 the Liang sandwich has a strong competitor! Which one should I get next time???
