The brainchild of Sue-Shan Quek and Joseph Yeo, with Furrene Hoh, SPRMRKT (pronounced 'Supermarket') was founded in April 2012 with the idea that food, retail, and art could be melded into a single, enjoyable experience.

Garnished with gooey marshmallows but thick and rich in texture, this combines the American and British English styles, carrying chocolatey milky bitter sweet candied flavour.

Horrible experience, waited for 45 mins, no food.

- Waited for 25 mins only to discover that order was not keyed in.
- Coffee then arrived. However waited another 20 mins only to discover that they forgot to key in the food order.
- the team did not apologise initially at all for the mistake made, apologised eventually
- coffee wasn’t very good
- service is not very good. They don’t seem to communicate with one another.
- would not recommend this place.

The egg omelette is enhanced with cream, resulting in an eggy sweet milky flavour, with a soft wobbly fluffy texture.

Within is stuffed a generous amount of tender gammon ham and juicy wild button mushrooms, a combination of vegetal meaty earthy savoury salty flavour.

The gooey strands of cheese with cheesy salty notes, and fresh coriander with vegetal herbal flavour, complete this hefty and filling dish.

had the wagyu beef burger($28) & a matcha green tea latte($7) while my friend got an americano($5)! we really enjoyed the burger however i’d say the fries were average. they added a decent amount of matcha which was nice! ambiance of the place was very relaxing and chill. overall would rate it a 8/10 as some might find the portion too little.

I had the opportunity to experience a few of the signature and new dishes from SPRMRKT’s all-day cafe menu for brunch this week, delivered directly to my home, and it is as good as dining in at the actual restaurant.

Pictured is the spread of food that includes a serving of Brussel Sprouts ($15), an excellent starter of charred Brussel sprouts with burnt corn and pomegranate in a sriracha mayo and Aburi Salmon Grain Bowl ($24) on a bed of organic Cambodian brown rice with tomatoes, avocado, poach egg over a ginger shoyu dressing. The ginger shoyu dressing is a smart way to give it an umami soya sauce flavour while ridding off any fishiness from the salmon. Additionally, the delivery also comes with the SPRMRKT Breakfast Platter ($28) and Tiramisu ($12). The former is the classic big breakfast served in most cafes and this version comes with a choice of two eggs, mixed mushrooms, two pork sausages with one being a chorizo, bacon, confit tomato, fresh greens and toast. The latter is the perfect ending to a meal with a tiramisu that’s made using a vanilla sponge that is soaked in cold brew coffee with mascarpone and cream. To wash it all done, finish with a bottle of cold brew which has been sweetened with honey.

For islandwide delivery, there is a delivery charge of $10.
