I really liked this dish?! Really soft and tender pork, which was pretty flavourful too. For those who love garlic, you can pair their pork with an entire garlic clove, which definetely will pack a huge GARLIC punch, and best part is the garlic skin was really crispy!

Although this wasn't spicy at all, I personally really liked the strong spice flavours, which was enough to keep me going at it.
