Juicy pork ribs which are nicely charred!
Shredded duck slices fried to perfection! My grandparents love this dish- they’ve never tried it anywhere else! I still love my Peking duck but this is just as good! ‘Goes perfectly well with the sweet dipping sauce.

Must pair with the house specialty ginger sauce, which provides a nice slightly-sweet-aromatic-gingery zing. Wrap it within a piece of lettuce and you have a contrast of crunchy vegetable with a piece of chicken that is both great on its own or with the gingery-zing from the ginger.
