This dish was a surprise. The kway Teow was not dry and had “wok hey” taste. Was tasty to eat and worth the try

Delicious Thai food with a nice mix of dishes in the set. Pork belly was not dry and pineapple rice was not too oily. A nice fix for Thai food craving

Delicious Thai style hotpot, with a variety of options to customize your dish. Fish and cockles were nice and fresh. Spice level of tom yum soup is also adjustable. Pairing the hot pot and thai milk tea is my favourite combi!

I am quite impressed by the Waterfall Deep Fried Pork Belly ($13.90) and Grilled Whole Squid ($15.90). The pork belly has a good bite with a crispy exterior and it is drizzled in a garlicky and zingy sauce - so addictive! The squid is tender and the sweet and savoury glaze goes well with the spicy green chilli sauce that is served on the side. The Prawn Omelette ($12.90) is pretty decent as well - the egg is fluffy and not too oily, and the prawns are crunchy. Overall, this is a pretty appetising and delicious treat!

The Royal Thai Hotpot ($38.80) comes with a luxurious spread of flower crab, mussels, prawns, roast pork, sausages, enoki mushroom, beancurd skin, instant noodles, egg and cabbage in red tom yum soup (there is also a choice clear tom yum and yam fish soup). The soup is not very spicy but it is rich, tangy and infused with the sweetness of the seafood. The soup did get a little too strong/salty after a while, so we requested a top up of hot water instead of soup. I like that the seafood items are big and fresh, and all the ingredients go really well with the soup, especially the beancurd skin that soaks up all the goodness. Pretty good stuff!
