Rather than the usual Korean BBQ and army stews, So Seoul has the Soy Marinated Crab ($48) that has gained much popularity recently. If the raw crabs are not your thing, there’s also the Wagyu Tartare ($28) as a great starter before you dive straight into the Marinated Beef Rib ($30) that is wonderfully seasoned, Samye-Tang ($22) of Korean ginseng chicken soup that is soul comforting and allows you to adjust your flavour profile with the salt, and lastly the Seafood Pancake ($25) that has a crispy batter with chunks of seafood from each bite.
