The ice creams offered here are really good, with wide variety of flavors to choose from. At $3.80 for single scoop and $7 for double scoop, it is a little pricey but the serving they give makes it worth while. As usual, I went for my favorite coconut flavor while my parents went for the berries and rum $ raisin.
This may not look like it, but it's a pretty generous serving! Lucky I didn't choose the charcoal cone 😅 It's $3.80 for single scoop, $7 for double scoop, and $1 extra for premium flavours. There are many tempting flavours to choose from!! I finally settled on salted macadamia and gula melaka 😋
Part of my job sees me walking around in the hot sun just to get to places, so chancing upon ice cream kiosks in a coffee shop is heaven-sent.
Sng Gor's ice creams are not made in-house but instead, outsourced for production though the flavours/ recipes are their own.
It was creamy and I loved these two fruity flavours of soursop and Lychee! Very refreshing, true to flavours and not too sweet. Particularly liked the crunchy texture of the "seeds" in the soursop ice cream which didn't taste like the actual uncomfortably hard ones.
Smooth, bittersweet and robust is how I like my coffee ice cream, and Sng Gor is on point with all the above qualities. Take advantage of the fact that eat-in ice cream is served in an oversized cup and order a shot of espresso to create an impromptu affogato.
Taste: 3.5/5
At $7.80 ($7 for double scoop with $0.80 cone) it's targeting the premium end of the ice cream market and justifiably so! The full bodied, creamy texture of the ice cream tastes as good as any high end mass market brand of ice cream (e.g. Haagen Dazs) and they offer local flavours such as Durian. My favourite flavour is the salted caramel which stays true to its roots!

Almost 25 flavors of ice cream and sorbets are available. Choose to have it in paper cups (temporary) or cones such as charcoal, matcha and red velvet. Firstly, this here is not the original plating. James was plating it at my request cos the cups were so chio. Our "fooling" around with inverted cone and a dollop of yuzu raspberry sorbet. Tangy, tart and refreshing for the hot weather. See the psychedelic teeny sprinkles... heartshaped!! The recipes for the ice cream belongs to the owners and outsourced to a vendor for production. Price from $3.50. 🔸🔸
Kopitiam setting with old school fishball noodles and thereafter ice cream for dessert. Killing 2 birds with one stone #inmyhood
