This took a fair bit of time to come compared to my friend's 3 day stewed duck confit. When it arrived, the waitress assures us it was worth the wait. And boy was she right! Fresh tender sea bass with crispy skin topped with sambal peach salsa. So unique! Did I mention how creamy and smooth their mash potato was? 😋 Best thing is, it's only $20!
They call it Champion Wings. Paprika and Garlic flavor. Sousvide then deep fried till crisp. I was expecting something else.
Chewy and fudgy homemade brownie served with imported vanilla bean ice cream from New Zealand. I got an extra serving with compliments of Shoebox Canteen, special thanks to Fiona. There were some mint leaves and blueberries atop the ice cream, both go very well with the ice cream, creating a wholesome tasting with the brownie. The Gingerbread man biscuit was home-baked by a lady who is a lawyer by profession. I'm really impressed and thoroughly enjoyed my lunch today.
A shot of vitamins flooded my system to make me feel alive again! A boost of magnesium, and vitamins from my Passionfruit and Grapefruit mocktail to keep me healthy and recharged in this undesirable weather!
Buffalo Mozzarella Salad was delicious and refreshing with the addition of the cantaloupe. One of the simplest, yet finest starters offered at Shoebox Canteen.
Back at Shoebox Canteen to try the last item on the menu which I have not tried. My Ribeye steak medium rare! Succulent beef thick and juicy with mushroom sauce and homemade mash aside.
