The Japanese are known for producing cakes with freshness and quality of ingredients, they are generally lighter in flavour but seems like they fall short in those department.

Audacious Cakery take on the traditional Chinese dessert, named as the Tradition featuring silky smooth yam casing with sweet pumpkin fillings inside. It was introduced during the Lunar New Year, but didn't get a chance to try it until now.

A new Mille crepe flavour was introduced at Doi Chaang Coffee about two weeks ago. The gentle hints of Earl grey makes this Mille crepe cake enjoyable even without a cup of tea or speciality coffee.

There are light bites such as savoury wraps, croissantwich and muffins available, in case you're hungry.

A less decadent and perfectly down to earth Banofee slice makes a good coffee companion at any tea time. It was deliciously moist, but not too sweet. Quite frankly I'm kind of obsessed with anything made with banana.
