[CLOSED] Shin-Sapporo Ramen (Alexandra Retail Centre)

These side dishes were part of the lunch set. The gyoza is recommended, juicy and tender! FYI I spotted a live cockroach running on the back of walls and pointed it out to a staff who quickly and quietly got rid of it.

Probably the most flavourful amongst the shio and Tonkotsu flavour but still not as good as keisuke

This dry ramen is a hidden gem here. It’s simply to die for!! Oil noodles dressed with flavoured oil, onsen egg, chashu and bamboo shoots. I would go back there JUST for this! Comes with curly miso ramen but you can change the noodles to tonkotsu which I prefer.

First time try their ramen. Not bad lot of varieties. Will come again.

Lunch set comes with a 'mini' bowl of ramen (which was actually substantial), salad, a choice of side and drink. Can't quite recall the exact price but I believe it costs about $15 (excluding gst and service charge). Worth it!
