Trying to get on the bandwagon of the thick chicken cutlets like those from Monga. The meat tastes like breast meat and coated with honey. The “flaming” effect isn’t strong as the staff just torches it before serving.

Honey taste is nice but I prefer the traditional ji pa. Apparently exclusive to the PLQ outlet.
