Seafood Palace by 4ge (Bukit Batok)

Usually I can't take lala cos of the brininess but the ones here were extremely fresh, I couldn't detect any brininess

The sauce was standard, rather sweet but acceptable

Overall: this place is a hidden gem and their dishes are all of a certain standard, with some masterful dishes. No wonder it's a staple for the residents nearby

It's alright, it's a safe choice without much surprises

It's not packed w wok hei but it's very simple yet addictive. The long grains had some bite and the small pieces of char siew? Sausage? Helped made it good enough to eat on its own, yet it's more than mild enough to go with other sides.

Solid stuff

Another winner here. The sliced pork was very tender without the use of flour coating, and the curry was decent as well. I particularly liked the onion bulbs as well which was rare
