So I was surprised to see that they revamped their entire concept when I recently visited.
They now offer dishes from the Sharkfin's Chawanmushi shown above, lobster hokkien mee, liusha bao to chocolate lava cakes.
However though many of these dishes do sound interesting, the taste just wasn't up to par. Also the escargots were not cleaned properly and filled with grit. Stations were also always almost empty and took a long time to be refilled.
Alongside with the newly added DIY Thai (beef noodles, papaya salad) counters that adds another layer to the outlet's charm. More details of this special treat on the web.
p/s: Their bird nest egg tarts are 😍 though.
Unlimited seafood which was unfortunately pretty bland. Wide variety of food though! Durian pengat was nice :) You also get to make your own Belgian waffles with ice cream and PB 😊
Patiently waiting for these Egg Tarts with Bird Nest that once the new batch are out from the oven, we took it!! The flaky crust and pipping hot filling, are just too addictive to stop at one.
They will make the waffle upon your order! There are other ice cream flavours but for haagen dazs, there is only chocolate. After sucha spread, desserts surely seal the deal.
Refreshing sliced cucumber with slightly charred salmon. We had ten of this and still going strong.

The buffet at Sakura Clementi was surprisingly good. Fresh sashimi, piping hot grilled food, DIY laksa and sweet like no tomorrow cup cake. All quality food.
