Croissants need not be boring anymore! Whether you like it sweet or savoury, @crolosingapore has you covered! With 2 new additions in Tampines and Ang Mo Kio, a Crolo is within easy reach for everyone.

With over 30+ choices to choose from, I promise I won’t judge if you take long to make your choices 😅 Here are some of the ones that we tried:

Yakitori Croissant, Fish Fillet Croissant, Smoked Chicken and Cheese Croffle, Chicken Ham and Cheese Croffle, Nonya Otah Croffle, Snow Crab Mentaiko Croffle

No guesses for my favourite 😂 the answer is literally in your face. The next time that I’m craving for a Crolo, I’m going for a sweet/fruity one!

The 4th edition of The Fifty Cents Fest sees the beloved festival go for a Hokkien theme this year.

Everything is priced from a humble S$0.50 to no more than S$3.00, and visitors will get to taste traditional Hokkien dishes – some of which are rare finds these days!

Some of the ideas that we found really value for money includes:
Kong Ba Bao/ Braised Pork Belly Bun (2 x $0.50)
Buddha Jumps Over The Wall (6 x $0.50)
Fried Black Hokkien Noodles 福建炒面 (2 x $0.50)
Oyster Cake ($0.50)
Red Date Drink ($0.50)

Some of these finds, including the Buddha Jump over the Wall and Fried Hokkien Mee can only be found tucked away in a corner of Chinatown Food Street, in a hidden Hokkien roadside stall. So... keep your eyes peeled for it!

What caught my eye was that this was not just mala fish skin but it also contains beancurd skin as well as 3 different types of mushroom in it! I also love how it tastes like the real mala dish with its hint of that numbing goodness! The spiciness is also just nice to make me sweat but yet keep going back for more; a must try if you are a fan of mala dishes! #thegoldenduck #sp

Any time is a good time on beer o'clock (especially for the early birds)! A pint is charged by the hour here, meaning if you come at 2pm, you snag a pint at only $2! Happy National Day, everyone! Time to go get some pints soon!

The Heng Hwa Noodle Soup too, with a Super dry chicken thigh. The only saving grace was the spam cubes but how wrong can you go with spam?

The waffle was crispy and topped with homemade filling but nothing to rave about really. If anything, the peanut filling was too salty :/

At $2+ a pop, this has got to be the most expensive potong I have ever had but it was really worth it I would say, almost akin to having the real fruit :) .
