Back again at one of my favourite sushi spots! Always love the variety and quality you get here. There’s many favourites, but some of my staples are the whelk, negitoro, ika mentai, natto and kani miso (resisting to type more 😂). Service is friendly and attentive as always, and I’ll definitely miss dining here. They will be closing down on 31st March and their new location it not yet confirmed. Just found out today from the waitress that Ginza Kuroson located at Takashimaya is also under their same brand, so we’ll definitely try that out!
There's also mayo, as you can tell. Shiok. Shrimp fresh!
That's half crabmeat, half crab paste. I was too adventurous. Crab paste tasted really like the smell of crabs at the wet market, or to be worse, sewer. I know it's a delicacy to some people haha.
Unidentified fish with chilli oil. Call it the mala crossover. Although a signature item for some reason, it's quite boring.
A fuss-free and cheap carb option here. Tsukimi refers to the unseen onsen egg. It's also sprinkled with tempura crisps. The udon was thinner than usual and made for much easier eating. Delicious.
Egg mayo, but so much better than usual. No wonder it's a signature item.
