Beware of the oozing hot chilli crab sauce! le bf and myself got our lips burnt, not once, not twice but thrice as we tried to attack this bun. the sauce has a balanced sweet to chilli ratio and even has crab strands too. savoury bao!

Salted egg yolk crabs! So yummy! Red House’s rendition of salted eggy crabs comes in the fried & dried form. Instead of runny, silky goldy egg sauce. Nice twist to the usual wet version!
Creamy lobster Boston in wholes! Featuring 2x800g of the Boston lobster doused generously in creamy custard sauce. No,no, it’s not salted eggy custard. It’s yummilicious creamy custard you really needa try! ~$128++/kg for the lobsty. I had it at 40% discount (promo for the month of Nay 2018!)
Signature chilli crab from Red House (seasonal price, this is abt $90ish?) The sauce is fingers-lickin’ good- we drank the sauce after running out of golden mantous to dip w it!

Strong truffle smell. Skin not too thick. Inside packed with chunks of chopped mushrooms 🍄. For a Saturday lunchtime, surrounded with mostly not yet open for business restaurants, the place was surprisingly packed.
