Chicken bits are cooked in bamboo shoots, after which its served w raw egg for patrons to dip it in before consuming. Am skeptical about how the raw egg will taste in the beginning but I was hooked onto this after my first mouthful. This side dish cannot be taken away due to hygienic purposes as told by the staffs.
