Pork chops can be very tough sometimes, but luckily this thick slab of pork chop here at Pinch was leaning more towards tender. Topped with a generous dollop of sour cream and onion on top. For the price, Iā€™m satisfied with the portion and how juicy the pork was! I got pretty tired cutting the meat up towards the end, but it was worth the effort.

This corner lot bistro boasts a casual setting and ample seats, calling to big groups who enjoy a meaty feast together. Don't miss the crackling goodness of the Crispy Pork Belly with Apple Sauce (RM28) for sharing. While you might want that all to yourself, hold your fork for the heavenly Grass Fed Tenderloin Diane with Creamy Mustard Mushroom Sauce (RM78). But if you're not looking to break the bank, the Roast Pork Belly & Apple Slaw Baguette (RM35) from the grill is also a top contender on the menu, next to the Fennel & Chili Roasted Pork Loin with Potato Gratin (RM40). Be sure to pair your dinner with a glass from their trusty selection of wines (from RM25 per glass)!

I wouldn't mind having it as it's just so juicy and tender yet simple in the presentation of it with just a perfectly cornelle Rosemary butter šŸ˜ŠšŸ˜ #French #porky #bangsar #happy #ilovefood #burpplekl #burpple #foodie #foodgasm #pinchbangsar

When I decided to order Roast Pork Belly & Apple-slaw Baguette, I didn't expect it will come like what you've seen in the picture above. I can say that the balance of the Pork Belly and the Apple-slaw is on point. It compliments each other, especially with the crispness of the pork belly. So it's not too dry and not too oily. Even tho the fries is quite salty for me, but still, what a plate!

You will be pinching yourself to this misbelief that this plate of heaven do exist on earth! This grass fed tenderloin is cooked to perfection of a medium that looks more of medium rare ( my kind of doneness!) with the right amount of fat layers as that piece of meat is in a generous portion and it cuts like butter! So effortlessly easy to enjoy and it's just tasted so juicy & tender and with that creamy mushroom sauce seems to me is a well-paired partnership as it doesn't drowns the meat with cream but it's brings the subtle spicy kick from the mustard and the earthiness from the mushroom that reflects the elements of farm from the menu category..Truly reflects the saying of less is more! This heavenly plate will melt all your sorrows away with every single bite and not to mention its goes well with the wine pairing of their house Provence Rose or opt for their house Bordeaux Merlot.. A must try!

Two of my favorite things in the world, pork and potato gratin. Pork Loin was really well done, fragrant, tender meat and fats that just melt in your mouth as you chew, probably one of the better pork dishes I've tried in a long time. However, potato gratin was slightly dry to my liking. I personally like my potato gratin creamier and slightly more cheesy and as for the vegetables on the side, perfectly cooked but in my humble opinion, I would have went with glazed French beans and carrots instead of zucchini. Nevertheless, a brilliant dish well executed!!
