Reminds me of those fish fillets in our childhood canteens. Personally, fried food tastes all the same to me so...
Already missing this sumiyaki aka Bincho-tan charcoal grilled yakitori dish from @pankosg! Light eaters might find the rich savoury mentaiko a little overpowering, I personally find that a small squeeze from the lemon provided helps a lot to give it a lift of flavour dimension 🤤 it’s too bad I only had one.

Loving this relatively new Japanese Kushikatsu bar concept under the huge umbrella brand of @unlistedc, glad that it’s fitting right in at the original hipster spot of Haji Lane/Arab Street. Keep it up.

Located along Haji Lane, it’s the first Japanese Kushikatsu Restaurant & Bar in SG.
Its menu features a range of skewered meat, seafood and vegetables originating from Osaka. We enjoyed their light and crisp Kusikatsu fried skewers as well as juicy grills.
Panko also offers sashimi, ramen and Don for those who want more Japanese varieties. But for us, the skewers were just perfect with an ice cold beer or sake.
very nice place to chill. they’re serving something like breaded tempura on a stick. price is about $2-9 per stick. service from evan was excellent! use eatigo for discount!!
This place definitely cost a bomb to sit in especially during dinner time. Chirashi wasn't awe-inspiring, but their signature panko did not disappoint (except for the price).
