Generally, I’ll eat the skin when it comes to soya sauce chicken, roasted chicken or fried chicken...😋⁣
Who don’t eat the skin???😅⁣

Tender chicken that was well marinated, and the noodle was springy without that alkaline smell, quite on point eh!

The dumpling filling includes mushrooms, prawn and minced meat paste, like the fragrance and chewiness, yum~

Returned today for their soya sauce chicken.

Chicken is consistently soft and tender.

Certainly one of the best soya sauce chicken I ever had.

2 stalls with similar name, along the same road, both selling soya sauce chicken, which is better?

Why do we even need to compare? Just eat whichever less crowded and enjoy eating both, we consumers don't have to be exclusive.

Soya sauce chicken at chiew kee is very nice and their noodles are el dente, my wife open mouth and say this is the best she had for a long long time, and none better; that comes to mind.

Lower quarter of chicken (下庄）
The chicken is succulent and their flavoured soya sauce is still one of the best around.

Dining out of the office for once... In a long time. The noodles and chicken were fantastic! Wait for a bit long and our orders were missed during lunch time. But we would come back again as it's that good!
