Taking on a very much similar noodle base as kolo mee, the only difference is that the meat and innards are all flash-poached in the herbed/spiced beef broth, and you get served a bowl of that broth as accompaniment too. And it's probably why I enjoy eating beef soup noodles more than the dry one. Ok, that's all.
It was highly recommended but just taste like normal siew mai to me.
