You should probably have seen this uncle wearing his chef uniform with toque, constantly making his omelette at this hawker centre.

Variety of options here to go with his omelette and you can choose for either rice or noodle. Every meal will accompany with lettuce and corns.

Once you made your order, you would see immediate seeing the uncle preparing your omelette with choice of ingredients.

The diced chicken are stuffed inside the omelette, which has a very fluffy layer of it. There’s also other ingredients inside such onions and mushrooms.

I was intrigued by the stall managed by an old couple. You can choose between pasta and rice. The dish itself is $6 and $2.50 for soup. They do provide sauces (eg chilli, ketchup, lemon mayo). Auntie says the smoked duck may be black pepper or honey flavour on diff days. The omelette was very big with tomato, spring onion and onion. The pasta was drizzled with mushroom sauce. I didn like the pairing. Overall, it is just normal but affordable

Nothing fancy but simple light version of a western meal. Just pick a topping of choice and choose either spaghetti or rice drenched with mushroom sauce. The otah and spaghetti were pretty normal, though the omelette was interestingly somewhere in between of a western omelette and chinese fu rong tan dan. And I guess for simplicity, all options are priced at $5. Value for money.
