🍲Bibimbap Chicken ($13)
Your classic bibimbap dish filled with loads of ingredients, its also priced pretty reasonably for the large portion.
🧀Cheese Kimchi Pancake ($25)
Normally not a big fan of kimchi pancakes but this was so good. The cheese was melty and stretchy and there were pieces of real kimchi within. The price is pretty steep though.
🫕Frai Jjajangmyeon ($14)
This is super worth it because look that those portions gatdayumn. This bowl was so enormous that I only had to eat a quarter before I felt full. The sauce covers the noodles very generously and its super saucy and savoury with a bit of sweetness. The fried egg was wonderful too, really flowy. Super worth the price!
We had Obbas signature Jjampong as well but felt that the taste was lacklustre compared to the first time we had it. Perhaps this was contributed by the 2.5 hour wait to be seated 😭 Nonetheless this was a generous bowl good for sharing.
This was jam packed with ingredients! Generous shrimp, squid and our favourite LEEKS!! Definitely a pancake where there’s more ingredients than batter. They even have an “extra crispy” option for those who like their pancakes with more crunch
As a set, B-1 ($61++)
Nice hint of garlic paired with some creamy sauce. Chicken was fried well, juicy and tender with a little crunch. Not too bad, nothing to rave about either
