The smoked duck is highly recommended. There are cold and hot toppings, their veggies are very fresh and crunchy. Itās located at the upper deck (aircon area) of Koufu. Usually 4 toppings with mixed base (half brown rice half lettuce) is around $6-7.
Simple, no-frills fare. Disappointed that the dishes are cold though, even the curry.
This is my favourite food from NTU Koufu, featuring the yummiest ngo hiang, fried rice, fried egg and fried fish! Lacking the greens but thatās okay š
The Hotplate Chicken Fuyong. With at least 4-5 slices of friedĀ chicken and refillable miso soup, this dish will leave you full and satisifed. The fluffy omelette is doused in a savoury and slightly starchy sauce that goes well with rice. Pair it with a generous sprinkle of chilli flakes for a kick.Ā

Noodle + minced pork will always attract my attention š This is gonna be my new fav meal in NTU Koufu haha! The chilli is too spicy to handle tho š

My order was: cream pasta, with smoked duck breast, mushrooms and a sous vide egg.
