Anyway the original flavour is really quite good. It's very tender and well packed and there's good flavour.

The kimchi one instead has the kimchi seasoning without the body, which makes it very jarring. Skip that

The beef broth rlly has some body, it's the same as their free flow beef bone broth, and that's very different from most versions at other places which are really just water

There's more beef slices than tendon, tendon comes in the form of sparse tiny nuggets.

Since the beef bone broth is free flow, skip this

This is vastly deficient relative to their soup cold noodles. It isn't too spicy thank god but it lacks body

Wow this was very good. Very thinly sliced, seasoning was strong but balanced and not overly sweet as these things tend to be, and it's very well stir fried(considering the thinness it takes great skill for the pork not to be dry)

If you like stir fried pork this is a must try here

Thin chewy noodles with bite worked pretty well w the cold broth. The cold broth is quite special, you can taste the body but the main flavour is this very complex cohesion, the beef umami and the sweet sour fruitiness comes thru as a background.
