- Sous-vide Hump Meat Beef Horfun
Quite enjoyed the horfun which had slight smokey flavours, altho Beef was a little too chewy as it was quite lean!

- Char Grilled Chicken Chop with Black Pepper Sauce & Mashed Potatoes
Black pepper flavours were pretty strong and carried a light amt of spice!
Vegetables were pretty flavorful from the use of hae bi (dried shrimp), and had a good amount of spice! Vegetables were also pretty well cooked.
Not a fan of liver but toast was crispy and fans would prob enjoy!

- Nachos with pork rendang
Nachos were crispy and addictive - adding pork rendang just reminds of mexican food but with a twist 😉.
Q enjoyed the garlic butter flavours of the BBQ Squid, and liked that the squid was not too chewy.
