Fusion
Genmaicha latte ($6)
Had toasty brown rice notes, which was also milky!
Sea Salt Chocolate ($7.50)
Loved the touch of seasalt which gave it a salty, bitter, and sweet combination!!
A decadent and sinful treat, which was also a little tangy from the berry layer! The crunchy hazelnut bits were prob my favourite part!
Their brownie is more on the cakey side rather than those fudgey kind, and the Hojicha flavours seem to come from the cream below the icecream/ from the powder alone. Had crunchy crumbles as toppings!
Dessert:
Speculoos cheesecake ($9)
My favourite of the 3, for its strong speculoos flavours, and good amount of speculoos cookies for flavour & crunch!
Linguine was cooked pretty al dente, with a slight spice kick! Miso flavours were light, so wouldn't mind stronger miso flavours! Chicken could be slightly more seasoned, but at least it wasn't dry and skin had a light crisp!
Can defo taste the truffle, and you also get the sweet shoyu flavours coating their boneless karaage!
Tater tots were crispy! Altho as a mentaiko fan I'd defo love for even stronger mentaiko flavours! Still an addictive side to have 🤭.
• Aburi norwegian salmon, ikura, black squid ink tobiko, flying fish roe
• Seared scallop, black squid ink tobiko, jam
• Tempura soft shell crab, flying fish roe, wasabi
Such a cute Trio, and all of them came with a crispy nori shell!
Located within NAFA campus on Bencoolen Street, SKOSH is a cafe that blends modern comfort food with a subtle touch of Japanese influence. This place is great for gatherings, date nights, or even a comforting casual meal!
Salmon Avocado Stack ($22)
They used grilled norwegian salmon hash, and the smashed avocado added a nice creamy texture, whereas the edamame gave crunchy textures instead. Kinda reminds of a sushi!!

Super thick and strong peanut butter flavours I loved it!!!! Would totally get one more but this was definitely a calorie bomb 🤭🤭.
Fangko Melaka Brew ($6 - 8oz)
Butterfly Lychee soda ($7)
This was interesting! Toast was just slightly crispy at the edges but wouldn't mind the bread itself to be a bit softer. There's also a generous amount of avocado for 🥑 lovers!
