Kitsu - Japanese Peruvian Izakaya

It's actually puffed rice mango sorbet, with hoijicha cream at the bottom. There's also pineapple crisp which provided a crispy texture to this dessert, and grilled pineapples for added sweetness! Definitely an interesting combination!

Miyagi Oysters
Aji Ponzu, Ikura, Sake Yuzu Foam, Wakame.
Not a fan of Oysters so can't really comment on this!

Salt boiled goose barnacles - first time trying and it's really interesting?! You have to peel it apart from the middle to get to the "meat", and the chewy texture reminds of clams actly! Personally don't mind it!

For those who love prawn crackers, this was slightly similar, except with a really strong actual ebi prawn flavour here and being super crispy!
