Omma Korean BBQ offers a standout Korean barbecue experience, and the *Beef BBQ Set Menu - Set* showcases their expertise. The meal started with a beautifully tender and buttery beef tartare, lightly seasoned to highlight the beefโ€™s natural flavors and paired with a raw egg, adding a silky richness.

The ribeye, grilled over charcoal infused with pecan wood, was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly smoky. The subtle nutty aroma from the pecan wood elevated the meatโ€™s taste without overpowering it. Similarly, the marinated beef short rib balanced sweet and savory flavors, with a caramelized crust enhancing its richness.

The 2mm sliced brisket cooked quickly on the grill, offering a tender, melt-in-your-mouth experience. The pecan wood added depth, making each bite memorable.

Among the sides, the tuna kimchi stew stood out with its bold, tangy flavors, providing a hearty contrast to the meats. The steamed egg was soft, fluffy, and subtly savory, complementing the stronger flavors perfectly.

The addition of pecan wood to the charcoal made the grilling process unique and aromatic.

Ordered the Beef Omma Set which came with 180g each of Ribs, Brisket, and Striploin. For the set we chose the Kimchi Pork Soup, and also came with steamed egg and free flow of side dishes including fresh lettuce. Overall, sufficient to share between three of us but I thought the meal as a whole was pretty meh. I liked the selection of salt at the table though. They also gave a complimentary coconut jelly complete with the coconut flesh which was very much appreciated!

Went to Wang Dae Bak 2 weeks ago and ordered multiple dishes such as the Traffle jjajang Ramen ($13), Cold Noodle Soup with Beef ($16), Ginseng Chicken Soup Set ($17), Beef Bone Soup ($17), Steamed Pork Belly Set ($21), Tteok-Galbi Set ($17), Kimchi Pancake ($16), Fried Boneless Chicken with Truffle Fries ($15)!๐Ÿ˜‡ Very filling for 8 pax

Overall ratings 8/10!๐Ÿ˜„ Really liked the Steamed Pork Belly, Tteok-Galbi and the Kimchi Pancake๐Ÿ˜ Other food items were decent and portion sizes were also huge (especially the pancake can be shared by 4-5 people omg) so its good for sharing! Would head back again๐Ÿ˜‡

There is option of buffet or set menu (ala carte).

Slightly on the pricier end but they are very generous servings and refill of side dishes.

We took the beef set menu this time. The meat cuts were quite thick and appropriate. Soup stew was flavourful and is included in the set menu.

Special highlight to their korean pancakes which is highly recommended. There is option to choose the original (non-spicy) or kimchi (spicy) version. They do serve a half-half version now as well, definitely a must order everytime i am there.

Staffs are friendly and attentive, making sure we are all good during our mealtime.

Definitely returning again.
