Spot the bits of char on the squid, I love the faint smokiness of it without being overly bitter. The #squid is just a little bit rubbery but already tender enough. Spice lovers like me would love the bed of red pepper sauce beneath it, adds that spicy kick to the dish, then refresh the everything with the lime.

There's a new branch at Tanjong Katong road and omg the meat is so tender. It's just missing a hint of that smoky BBQ char but all is good. In fact, I could do with another rack of this NAO. (Kidding. I only had 2 ribs. 😂)
