Not a big fan of the crumbly texture in this cake but the others seemed to like it so I guess it's individual preference. However the slight saltiness in the cream is quite pleasant against the sweet sponge

The flavours are strawberry, chocolate, lychee, rose, cookie butter and salted caramel! The flavours are rich and the macarons aren't overly sweet too. I would have liked the macarons to be less soft though but I really enjoyed these macarons 😋
This apple crumble is delightful because I love the crispy crumbs on top and the warm apple fillings inside. The fillings weren't too sweet which suited my liking too!
The sponge is fluffy and there are lychee bits between the layers of sponge with the rose cream. The rose is fragrant which makes the cake flavourful too!
I love how the chocolate and earl grey flavours were both fragrant and complemented each other. I really liked the crust too!
Buttercream with a pastel peachy color, had a smooth & gentle swirl. Pretty... yes. But this tiny beauty was just too sweet for my palate.
